Q. I changed my cell phone number but my old number is still showing in the SaskTel Phonebook. Why wasn’t my number updated?
A. When you change or cancel your cell phone number you must contact DirectWest at (306)777-0333 or 1-800-667-8201 to update your information. DirectWest updates the online SaskTel Phonebook (located at www.mysask.com) and directory assistance on a regular basis so your updated information will appear shortly. However, print copies of the SaskTel Phonebook are updated by DirectWest once a year so your updated information will appear in the next version of the SaskTel Phonebook.

A. CRTC regulations require SaskTel to provide directory listings to all phonebook publishers who request them, unless the information is non-published or non-listed. Customers who do not wish to have their listings publicly available can request non-published or non-listed service from SaskTel. There is a fee charged for this service.
